XRechnung is a CIUS of EN 16931, so the same core rule set applies: mandatory parties and addresses, ISO currency and dates, VAT breakdown coherence and totals that reconcile.

• Rejects the Factur-X MINIMUM / BASIC profiles as an advisory outside France.
• Checks the whole mandatory-field set with per-field rule ids and fixes.
• Emits UBL 2.1 or CII at the EN 16931 profile.
